Article 4 Evidence Bundle Export

Export per-employee AI Literacy training records and assessment scores for EU AI Act Article 4 compliance.

Overview

• The Article 4 Evidence Bundle is a specialized CSV export tool for organizations subject to EU AI Act Article 4 compliance requirements (enforcement August 2, 2026). It generates a per-employee record of AI Literacy course completions, assessment scores, and certificate codes — everything regulators need to verify training was delivered and documented.
• The export includes:
  • Employee name, email, and role
  • AI course title and completion date
  • Assessment score (0–100%)
  • Certificate code issued upon completion

Steps

• Download the Evidence Bundle CSV:
  • Go to Admin Dashboard → Compliance
  • Click the Article 4 Evidence Bundle button (download icon) in the topbar
  • A CSV file (article4-evidence-bundle-YYYYMMDD.csv) downloads to your computer
  • Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or your compliance tracking system
• Understand the export structure:
  • One row per employee who completed an AI Literacy course
  • Columns: Employee Name, Email, Role, AI Course Title, Completion Date, Assessment Score, Cert Code
  • Only active employees are included; archived employees are excluded
  • Employees with incomplete training do not appear in the export
• Use the export for compliance:
  • Export monthly and retain timestamped copies for audit trails
  • Compare against your employee roster to identify missing training
  • Verify completion dates align with your compliance window (e.g., within 30 days of system access)
  • Review assessment scores to confirm they meet your internal threshold (typically 70%+)
  • Submit the CSV as evidence in regulatory submissions
• For more detailed audit records, use the Audit Trail dashboard with the AI Literacy filter to see all training administration activity (assignments, completions, assessments).
