Course Assignments

Assign courses to employees as learning paths with due dates and completion tracking.

Overview

  • Course assignments are managed through Learning Paths. You can assign courses manually or auto-generate personalized paths based on assessment results.
  • Each assignment includes:
    • A course selected from the catalog
    • One or more assigned employees
    • An optional due date and message
    • Module-level progress tracking as employees work through content

Steps

  • Go to Learning Paths → Assign Course and select a course from the catalog.
  • Choose employees, set a due date, and add an optional message.
  • Or auto-generate paths from assessment results:
    • Assign a role-based assessment to employees
    • After they submit, they'll see a 'Create Learning Path' button on their results page
    • Clicking it auto-generates a personalized path addressing their skill gaps
    • Employees on assessment completion will have paths auto-generated if gaps are detected
  • Track progress from the Learning Paths page:
    • Completion percentage per employee
    • Overdue assignments flagged for follow-up
    • Module-level progress within each course
    • 'Assessment' badge on paths generated from assessment results
Tip: Use role-based assessments to identify learning gaps, then auto-generate personalized paths instead of one-size-fits-all assignments.
