People Page & Employee Management

Use the Admin People page as your employee directory — manage profiles, contact details, roles, departments, and account access in one place.

Overview

  • The Admin People page is a focused employee directory. Each row shows an employee's name, email, department, role, join date, and account status. Use it to look up contact details, spot missing profile fields, and navigate to individual profiles for deeper work.
  • What the People page covers:
    • Searchable, sortable directory of all active employees
    • Filter by department to narrow the list
    • Click any row to open a drawer with contact details and account status
    • Click an employee's name or avatar to go directly to their View Profile page
    • Invite new employees from the Invite people button
  • Training progress and coaching data are not on the People page — find them in their dedicated areas:
    • Learning Paths — completion percentages, overdue flags, and module-level progress for each assignment
    • Analytics — company-wide completion rates, at-risk detection, and engagement metrics
    • View Profile (Admin → People → click an employee name) — that employee's assessment results, learning path, coaching notes, and completion history

Steps

  • Browse and search your directory:
    • Go to Admin → People
    • Type in the search box to filter by name, email, or role
    • Use the department dropdown to narrow to a team
    • Click any column header to sort the list
  • Review an employee's contact details:
    • Click anywhere on a row to open the details drawer
    • The drawer shows email, role, department, join date, and account status
    • Click View profile at the bottom of the drawer to open the full profile
  • Invite a new employee:
    • Click Invite people in the top-right of the People page
    • Enter the employee's email, name, role, and department
    • Click Send invite — the employee receives a link to self-register
    • Track pending invites and resend links from Admin → Invites
  • To update an employee's role, department, or name, open their View Profile page and use the Edit button.
Tip: Set the role and department when sending an invite so the directory is accurate from day one. Fixing profile fields after the fact is more work.
