  • AI Coach now uses a healthy three-provider fallback chain (OpenAI → Grok/xAI → Claude). The previous ZAI GLM slot was replaced with Grok after ZAI returned persistent authentication errors in production — coaching responses are now more reliable under provider outages.
  • Docs: Employee Learning Inbox — new help article covering the four notification types (alerts, wins, coaching nudges, and informational), when each is triggered, and how to manage your inbox (mark read, snooze, dismiss, archive)
