v1.4 — Admin scenario cards, coaching defaults & UX polish
- Admin Scenario Cards screen — dedicated management screen under Admin → Scenario Cards for creating, editing, publishing, and deleting interactive learning scenarios across all courses
- AI Coach now respects the company-wide default tone setting (Advisory, Concise, Opinionated, or Adaptive) configured in Admin Settings → Coach behavior
- Course module progress is now gated by enrollment — employees can only complete modules for courses they are assigned to
- Learning Path Builder now shows only roles configured in Admin Settings, with guidance to add roles before drafting
- New admin signups automatically receive one industry-aware starter course so the employee dashboard has useful content on first login
- Admin People page is now a focused employee directory for managing profiles, contact details, roles, departments, and account access
- Click-required feedback dialogs across admin and employee pages now use accessible in-app dialogs instead of browser prompts
- Retired /api/magic-plan endpoint — integrations should use the course catalog directly
-
v1.5 — EU AI Act Article 4 compliance, security & People page docs
- EU AI Act Article 4 compliance positioning — OpenSkills AI is now explicitly positioned as an Article 4 training-documentation tool; enforcement begins August 2, 2026
- AI Literacy Essentials course track added — 6-industry coverage (Tech, Retail, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce) designed specifically to satisfy Article 4 training obligations
- Analytics & Compliance help article updated with Article 4 guidance — explains how to use the audit trail and completion exports as your regulatory evidence record
- Invite signup security: role and department are now set exclusively by the admin invite token; employees can no longer submit their own values during signup
- Invite seat-limit enforcement hardened — concurrent signups at the plan limit are serialized under a company lock; a failed check does not consume the invite token
- Path Builder draft persistence — Save as Draft now stores your work server-side; drafts appear as resumable cards on the Learning Paths page and are removed automatically when you publish
- Docs: Admin People page article updated to reflect the focused employee directory — covers search, department filter, sortable columns, drawer interaction, and View Profile navigation
- Docs: Training progress and coaching metrics now correctly directed to Learning Paths, Analytics, and the View Profile page rather than the People page
- Docs nav renamed to 'People Page & Employee Management' for accuracy
-
v1.6 — Enrollment Rules, Notifications, Decision Inbox & security docs
- Docs: New Enrollment Rules admin guide — covers rule creation, role prerequisites, backfill via 'Run now against team', 90-day event history, and CSV export
- Docs: New Notification Settings admin guide — explains Monday Recap and At-Risk Alert email digests, in-app alerts, and per-preference toggles under Settings → Notifications
- Admin Decision Inbox — the bell icon (top navigation) delivers in-app alerts for marketplace enrollment requests, employee assessment completions, and AI coach draft publications; see Notification Settings for per-trigger controls
- Docs: Learning Paths guide updated with EU AI Act Article 4 compliance workflow — step-by-step guide for using learning paths to satisfy Article 4 training obligations
- Security: Google Sign-In now requires a verified email address before login completes; users with unverified Google accounts see a clear prompt to verify at Google before retrying
-
v1.7 — AI Coach provider reliability & employee Learning Inbox docs
- AI Coach now uses a healthy three-provider fallback chain (OpenAI → Grok/xAI → Claude). The previous ZAI GLM slot was replaced with Grok after ZAI returned persistent authentication errors in production — coaching responses are now more reliable under provider outages.
- Docs: Employee Learning Inbox — new help article covering the four notification types (alerts, wins, coaching nudges, and informational), when each is triggered, and how to manage your inbox (mark read, snooze, dismiss, archive)
-
v1.8 — Scenario reports & Article 4 compliance docs
- Scenario Card admin reports — view detailed performance metrics for each scenario: unique employee count, average score, completion rate, per-employee attempt history, and 8-week play trend chart
- Docs: New 'View Scenario Reports' guide under Interactive Scenario Cards — explains how to access reports, interpret the metrics, and use data to refine training effectiveness
- Article 4 Evidence Bundle CSV export — new download button in Compliance dashboard to export per-employee AI Literacy training records, assessment scores, and certificate codes for EU AI Act Article 4 compliance reporting (enforcement August 2, 2026)
- Docs: Article 4 Evidence Bundle guide — explains the CSV structure, data retention, compliance verification workflow, and how to use the export alongside the Audit Trail AI Literacy filter and Compliance PDF for regulatory submissions
- Compliance module updates — per-employee AI course completion table integrated into Compliance PDF for consolidated evidence reporting
-
v1.9 — Post-signup welcome page & course recommendations
- New post-signup welcome page shown to admins immediately after email verification — displays 1–2 industry-matched free course recommendations with one-click assignment
- Docs: Welcome Page guide — explains how recommendations work, the assignment flow to Learning Paths, and when admins skip straight to the dashboard
- Welcome-page docs corrected to match the shipped onboarding behavior and navigation paths
