Plan Activity & Usage Tracking

Track your team's AI interactions by type and review historical usage patterns to plan for future capacity.

Overview

• Plan Activity shows a real-time breakdown of all AI interactions on your account — by event type and by month. Use this data to understand where engagement is coming from, spot usage trends, and decide when to upgrade your plan.
• Two views help you monitor usage:
  • Current Month — shows this billing period's interactions by event type (coaching messages, assessments, assignments, etc.) and total cost
  • History — expands all previous months, showing event-type breakdown for each so you can spot usage trends and compare months

Steps

• Access Plan Activity:
  • Go to Admin Dashboard → Billing
  • Click the Plan Activity tab
  • Select Current Month or History to switch views
• Review your current month usage:
  • The top card shows total cost (in dollars) of billable interactions this month
  • Below, a table lists each event type and how many times it occurred this month (Coaching Message, Assessment Attempt, Course Assignment, etc.)
  • Sort by quantity to see which interaction types your team uses most
• Explore your usage history:
  • Click History at the top
  • All months with recorded activity appear, newest first
  • Click any month to expand and see the event-type breakdown
  • Compare months to spot engagement peaks and valleys
  • Rising assessment activity = training maturity; rising coaching = deeper problem-solving
• Use trends to plan ahead:
  • If your usage is ramping, consider upgrading to avoid hitting a daily cap mid-month
  • Seasonal dips might indicate slower periods (vacations, project crunches) — adjust expectations accordingly
  • Plateau usage suggests sustainable engagement — monitor if spikes emerge during new rollouts
